Guest Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
By making a reservation through CAM Realty (“we”, “our platform”), you (“Guest”) agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only when:
- The booking is accepted by the host/system, and
- The required payment has been successfully received.
Unpaid reservations may be automatically cancelled.
2. Payment
Payments must be made through CAM Realty approved payment channels.
Accepted methods include:
- Bank Transfer
- KHQR
- Visa / MasterCard
- WeChat Pay
- Alipay
- Online payment gateway (if available)
Payments made directly to the property or host (cash or transfer) are not considered valid bookings unless confirmed by CAM Realty.
CAM Realty reserves the right to cancel any reservation that remains unpaid within the specified payment period.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
(Standard unless stated in listing)
- Check-in: After 2:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges depend on the time before the scheduled check-in date:

| More than 7 days before check-in | 100% refund |
| 3 – 7 days before check-in | 50% refund |
| Less than 72 hours before check-in | No refund |
| No-show | No refund |
Additional conditions:
- A no-show occurs when the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior written notice.
- Early check-out for personal or non-property-related reasons is non-refundable.
- Service fees and bank transfer fees are non-refundable.
- Refund processing time: 3–10 working days depending on bank/payment provider.
5. Reservation Changes
Date change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before check-in.
Approval depends on availability and price differences may apply.
6. Security Deposit & Damages
Some properties require a refundable security deposit.
Guests agree to:
- Maintain the property in good condition
- Compensate for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning
The owner may submit damage claims within 24 hours after check-out with supporting evidence.
7. House Rules
Guests must follow the property’s house rules, including:
- No illegal activities
- Respect neighbors
- No parties unless allowed
- Follow smoking and pet policies
Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
8. Liability Disclaimer
CAM Realty acts solely as a booking platform connecting guests and property owners.
CAM Realty is not responsible for:
- Personal injury
- Lost belongings
- Building service interruptions
- Noise or neighborhood disturbance
- Utility outages beyond reasonable control
9. Force Majeure
Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Transportation shutdown
- Epidemic or emergency regulations
A date change may be offered subject to availability.
